Here are a few examples of the articles we’re able to produce for this sector. Our technical department studies, plans and develops the articles upon customers’ request and supports the customer during the entire project.

PASTA COOKER BASKETS
Our pasta cooker baskets are made with certified stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316, electropolished and passivated according to standard DIN 8590. The baskets can be produced with perforated sheet metal and with micromesh.
There is also the possibility to installing an innovative grip in plastic material on the handle, which consists of two parts assembled with a mechanical coupling system. The handle can be quickly and easily disassembled to be washed allowing greater hygiene and cleaning.
We produce:
– baskets with standard gastronorm sizes: 1/6 145 x 145 x h 200 mm ; 1/3 290 x 160 x h 200 mm ; 1/2 290 x 240 x h 200 mm ; 1/1 290 x 490 x h 200 both for longitudinal as well as for transverse arrangement, with stamped bottom part.
– baskets made to measure according to customers’ drawing or sample.

FILTER FOR PASTA COOKER BASKETS
Our filters for pasta cooker baskets are made with certified stainless steel AISI 304 or 316, electro polished and passivated according to standard 8590. These are placed on the bottom of the cooking basin which protects the basket against the resistances. The filters are made to measure according to a customers’ drawing or sample.
