The MacSoft and the Montorfano machines unwind the coil wire and begin ‘cutting the wire’ to the desired size. Most companies prefer their wires already pre-cut. Pre cut wires allow select companies to complete their project quicker and save money from hiring an outside welding company. The process of bending and cutting is simple with both machines. These machines unwind the wires and coils, straighten them out perfectly, bend them at just the right angle, and cut them about 2 to 8 millimeters. The entire process is done non-stop, from start to finish.
