Here are a few examples of the articles we’re able to produce for this sector. Our technical department studies, plans and develops the articles upon customers’ request and supports the customer during the entire project.

PLATE-WASHER BASKETS
Our plate washer baskets are made with certified S235JR wire, plastic coated with Rilsan.
This coating guarantees an excellent chemical resistance and an optimal resistance against temperature variations and abrasion. It’s also suitable for food contact.
We produce:

• -baskets with standard sizes mm 500 x 500 and customer made sizes and shapes, fitted with plastic angles.
• -baskets made to measure according to customers drawing or sample, fitted with plastic angles.

GLASS-WASHER BASKETS
Our glass-and cup washer baskets are made with certified S235JR wire, plastic coated with Rilsan.
We produce:

• -baskets with standard sizes
• -baskets made to measure according to customers drawing or sample

The baskets can be equipped with inserts and holders for small plates, champagne glasses, spoons or separators of various dimensions.

SINK BASKETS
Our sink baskets- and grids are made with certified stainless steel AISI 304, electropolished according to standard DIN 8590. They can be equipped with inserts for small plates and anti-scratch feed and are made to measure according to customers’ drawing or sample.

INSERTS
We produce different types of holders for small plates, trays, cutlery and separators.
They are made with certified S235JR wire, plastic coated with Rilsan or with certified stainless steel AISI 304, pickled or electropolished according to standard DIN 8590. The inserts improve and differentiate the use of the dish washer baskets. They are made to measure according to customers’ drawing or sample.

BASKET HOLDERS FOR HOOD DISHWASHERS
Our basket holders for hood dishwashers are made with certified stainless steel AISI 304, pickled or electropolished according to standard 8590. They can be equipped with different types of hooks and movable guide rails, in order to producing both the continuous variant and the corner variant. They are made to measure according to customers’ drawing or sample.
