It is important to note that cutting steel is not easy. Thus, you need heavy duty wire cutters for the job. Use metal needle file to smooth cut ends. Garage grade pliers can be used in bending the steel wires. You need to go slowly when bending these wires because unbending them is just as hard as the metal itself. You need a steel block to hammer the steel wires.
